1. Acceptance

By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed as selected (monthly or annual). Failed payments may suspend access until payment is resolved.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Cancellation will not automatically delete your data; contact support if you require data removal.

5. Intellectual Property

All software and content are owned by Belancia. You are granted a limited license to use the product as permitted by your subscription.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or data loss beyond the limits set in these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
