Refund & Return Policy

Our product is a cloud-based software (SaaS). There are no physical products or shipments. This policy governs refunds and cancellations.

Refund Eligibility

• New customers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.
• Refund requests must be submitted to support@belancia.com with the reason and order details.

Non-Refundable Items

• Renewal charges and prorated billing for past periods.
• Charges for professional services or customization that were completed.
• Accounts suspended for fraud or Terms violations.

Cancellation

You can cancel subscriptions anytime from the dashboard. After cancellation, access to the paid features remains until the end of the current billing period.
